  Welcome dinner. Overnight: Nha Trang. DAY 4 | VIETNAMESE COOKING, BUDDHIST HERITAGE & COLONIAL ARCHITECTURE This day combines a hands-on culinary experience with Nha Trang’s architectural development from the late nineteenth to early twentieth century. Morning

  | Vietnamese Cooking Class at Nha Trang Xua Welcome and introduction to the traditional village setting. Learn about Vietnamese herbs, vegetables, spices and everyday cooking ingredients. Hands-on preparation of select Vietnamese dishes with a local instructor. Introduction to basic Vietnamese food vocabulary. Enjoy the dishes prepared during the class as an early lunch. Nha Trang Xua currently operates a dedicated cooking-class experience combining Vietnamese cuisine with local culture.

  | Long Son Pagoda- Founded in 1886 Visit the main Buddhist sanctuary.

  | Cau Da Villas – Former Bao Dai Villas Constructed between 1923 and 1925 Explore the historic hilltop villa complex associated with Bao Dai, Vietnam’s last emperor. Visit the villa interiors and heritage displays. Enjoy views over Nha Trang Bay and the former Cau Da harbour area. Learn about early twentieth-century resort architecture and the royal period. The Cau Da Villas reopened to visitors in April 2026 after being closed for more than ten years. Current access is scheduled from Monday to Friday, so this day must be arranged on a weekday or exchanged with Day 3.

  | Nha Trang Cathedral – Stone Church Constructed between 1928 and 1933 Exterior and interior visit, subject to church services. Introduction to French Gothic-inspired architecture. View the stone façade, stained-glass windows, bell tower and elevated city setting.
